Hotel Cafe Royal, London, UK

The team from Hotel Cafe Royal in London's Piccadilly were celebrating the relaunch and 80th anniversary of the hotel's cocktail book, originally established in 1937 by William J Tarling, then head bartender of the Cafe Royal.

A host of VIP guests and industry legends were invited to the Oscar Wilde bar to help the hotel celebrate this historic occasion. Guests included Rob Samuels from Maker's Mark, Jared Brown from Sipsmith and our friend Fred Noe from the Jim Beam distillery.

Our team served up several delicious cocktails, all which appear within the cocktail book. Cocktails included:


  • 40ml Maker's Mark Bourbon
  • 15ml Martini Rosso
  • 15ml Grand Marnier
  • 1 dash grenadine
