Our good friends at BULLDOG Gin invited us to manage and run the bars at a launch party at the London showroom of Fiona Barratt-Campbell. We served up hundreds of delicious cocktails to friends, press and celebrities.


Cocktails included a BULLDOG Winter Spice G&T using Fever Tree tonic, garnished with cinnamon and star anise. Other drinks included a classic Clover Club and a Tom Collins with fresh lemon, sugar syrup and Fever Tree soda water.


Fiona's husband and ex England International football star Sol Campbell was also on hand to greet guests at the party.
