Working with some of the foremost drinks brands our recipe designs have complemented a variety of media campaigns worldwide. We deliver a bespoke service where your dedicated drinks designer will be with you from concept to completion. Once we have discussed your brief and any specific requirements including target market and brand focus we will begin product experimentation. The recipes we create can be anything from a simple twist on a vintage cocktail which can be mass produced in bars, to a modern molecular concept using obscure ingredients and methodology. Once we have finalised your drinks collection, we will invite you to a tasting where you can experience them for yourself ahead of launch.
To compliment our recipe design we offer professional product photography of the finished cocktails both in studio and on location. Alongside the campaign we can offer targeted demonstrations of the designs at events and trade shows which can be supplemented by our own social media channels and video content.

One of our cocktails, 'West Indies Pearter' was chosen by industry legend Gaz Regan to be published in his book '101 best new cocktails'.

CADBURY DAIRY MILK
BlackLeaf Events worked with Cadbury to create innovative cocktail recipes for the brands partnership with Eurovision 2016.
Once signed off, the recipes were pre-bottled and distributed around various media and press companies. We were also contracted to visit media companies to make the cocktails fresh for guests to enjoy.
The recipes were used online, throughout the brands social media, promoted in the Eurovision social media and in national press.
Stoli vodka / ab fab
Our team here at BlackLeaf Events were contacted by Stolichnaya to create a series of cocktails to celebrate the launch of the new Absolutely Fabulous movie.
Our team created a series of 12 cocktails in total using products from across the Stoli range. Recipes included THE Sweetie Darling which uses Stoli Salted Karamel, yoghurt liqueur and rhubarb juice and of course our own take on the classic Stoli Bolli using Stoli Premium, Bollinger champagne and a lavender bitters soaked sugar cube.

We were approached by Disappearing Dining Club and asked to devise a bespoke cocktail menu to pair with an intimate dinner for 60 international fashion writers, who were all being flown into London for three days with Rita Ora, as part of the launch of her new fashion range for Adidas.
More than just a simple menu, the brief asked us to immerse guests in the spirit of the collection and Rita herself, without turning the night into a celeb-led fashion show. Key to the success of the night would be bringing the guests together, connect them with Rita, and to introduce the principles and ideas behind the fashion collection.
Our team were selected to create a selection of alcoholic cocktails using the new 'SodaStream Free' range.
After the recipes had been signed off we booked some time at London's 'Luggage Rooms' and worked with one of our photographers to create a series of stunning images.

BlackLeaf Events were contacted by the PR team who look after Maille - the wonderful French brand who are famous for their delicious pots of mustard and miniature cornichons.
The brief was to create a range of unique cocktails using the brands newly launched range of mini cornichons, including classic, sun-dried tomato and also sautéed onions and white wine.
We created three stunning serves which were eventually rolled out globally by the brand as they loved them so much!
