BlackLeaf Events have our own range of event equipment for use at events from mobile bars and bottle fridges to bespoke back bars and glassware. This means we never have to rely on outside suppliers as we have everything in house.

We also offer fully customised, modular exhibition stands for hire and complete bespoke builds for sale. We can build stands from the smallest trade in store event to the largest trade shows.

We regularly work with some of the UK's most prestigious catering companies and venues to provide bespoke drink solutions for corporate and private events. Our corporate hospitality packages range from hosting a drinks reception for clients in house to product launches and exhibition shows.

Our dedicated events team will work with you every step of the way to organise and deliver our professional and meticulous service to make your event unforgettable.

We have a team of professional baristas who are experts at providing coffee bars as a stand alone service to exhibitions, film studios and corporate functions/ Our mobile coffee solution can also be hired to complement our cocktail bars. We can serve hot drinks to your guests by day and switch to shaking up delicious fresh espresso martinis by night. To enhance the consumer experience all coffee bars, cups and stencils can be branded with your logo or design.

Our in-house brand team create bespoke cocktail recipes for a number of leading competitors in alcohol and soft drinks each year. Whether this be for an individual event or as part of an advertising campaign we work to ensure a stunning recipe collection that will fit with the focus of your brand and target market.

Our dedicated team will assemble each tower to your requirements ensuring that this stunning centrepiece can be enjoyed from the smallest party to large scale exhibitions.

Our demonstrations will introduce your guests to a range of breathable, deconstructed and smoking cocktails created to a bespoke menu using specialist equipment from test tubes to fire extinguishers and everything in between.
